Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched on or around the date noted on the product page. If you place an order that includes multiple items, please note that these will be held until the pre-order item is ready for dispatch and will not be sent out earlier.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post using a standard post service at a flat rate of $9.95. We offer this service for FREE for orders of $130 or over. Within VIC this service can take up to 2 business days for metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas. For all other states this service can take 3-8 days in metro areas and for regional areas, your local Post Office will be able to give you further guidance.
At a cost of $15.95, we also offer Australia Post's Express service. This service offers next business day delivery to 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
To determine if your delivery address falls within the next business day service network, please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Express Post service. For deliveries that fall outside of the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you.
Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.
All orders are tracked by Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre

Delivery times outside of Australia will depend on your location however we estimate it will take between 7 and 14 days.
