Quality shorts!

These are incredible so far. Love the length of the inseam. And the thickness of the fabric is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve never had a slight stretch in a fabric that also felt durable. I feel like stretch means thin and cheap, but that’s not the case with these. Love them!

Love these pants. Super comfy and can hold anything. Only downside is that the key D Ring broke immediately when I tried to use it.

Prime pro 2.0 - I thought these were too short and tight once I tried them on and I regularly rock shorties and don't bat an eye. I returned these and paid the $40 international shipping. Ouch! Better order your correct size. Unfortunately the size and color I want is out of stock. Just a suggestion to Hawkeman, the male model with abnormally skinny and long thighs, maybe the photos aren't the best for someone gauging length and girth of the shorts. You got to get the return shipping figured out.

They fit perfectly, and put them right to use. They're rugged and functional. There is an internal draw string that I don't really use so I just pulled it out and threw it away. I guess maybe it is helpful if you are between sizes. I wish the back pocket was a little closer to the waist line, but not a big deal.

Love the shorts. A well thought out piece of clothing and has everything I had hoped for with regards to build quality. Also happy with the pockets. The phone pocket is also a revelation for me. I have not rec'd the item I ordered. It has been over a month.

I wear them as work shorts and sometimes I rock climb in them. They become more flexible the more you wear them in between washes, kinda stiff when freshly washed.

I like the shorts but the zipper isn’t great quality and a little hard to undo.

The 2.0 has a wider cell phone pocket in the front. I absolutely love these shorts. I’m a thicker man and they fit me well

I’ve been a builder for over 40 years and these are the best work shorts on the market and I have tried them all! I now have several pairs both long and short and wouldn’t consider any others.

Sizing is slightly wack, fits big around the waist but very short and slightly tight in the legs. Drawstring is a bit silly and you cant remove it... Other than that, great shorts

Didn’t realize there was a drawstring inside but it’s cool and convenient. Extra pockets on the right dry kinda slowly. Overall sick shorts

Love these shorts. Wore through my first pair of primes, so I bought two more of 2.0. They are my daily drivers. Can't live without the cell phone pocket. They are rugged and durable and can put up with all the abuse I throw at them. Top notch.

These are the best shorts I’ve ever purchased. Workwear is soooo hard to find and I purchased 3 pairs of these (2 in black 1 in khaki) and I couldn’t be happier. They wear so well - they don’t stretch out, are super tough and the pockets are amazing. They run slightly small and I don’t like the interior drawstring because it’s way too long tying it makes a weird lump in the waistband so I just cut it off. But it’s not even enough to give them less than 5 stars. Buy these shorts - you won’t regret it.

These have become my go to shorts. The construction is solid. Material is beefy. True to size. Stretch is great. The only thing i would like better is if there was a utility pocket on the left side as well. These are right handed shorts. Could use an extra pocket on the left side. Shipping to US was quick and easy. Totally happy with these and will be getting pants too.

My new favorite shorts. I need another pair so I can wash them. I have literally worn them 14/15 days of ownership.

I bought two pairs because why not. The length is great, the material is durable yet stretchy, living in South Carolina they tend to absorb sweat along waistband but whatevs.. I do carpentry & screen printing & these shorts have been through it already within the first month. I can already tell they’ve become my favorites. Treat yo self.

Every time I put these bad boys on my wife tackles me to the ground and drags me back to bed like a cavewoman. I wore these shorts to work, digging trenches for timing lines….I was cat called 16 times by 16 different women. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Wait till the world realizes I also bought them in black. Hoochie shorts > everything else

Hands down the best work pants I’ve ever owned. Wore my last pair everyday for over a year and they’re still holding up. Only bought a new pair because I’ve gotten so much paint on them recently. These pants are tough as hell and have so far been the only pants I haven’t blown out the crotch in.

I bought a one pair of khaki prime pro's last year. I pretty well instantly fell in love with them. Everyday in Vancouver that wont turn my leg hair into icicles I will wear them. Nearly a solid year of wearing them to work, cycling (crotch eating cambium brooks saddle), and every other day in between because I hate all other pants and shorts now. I dumped paint all over them this spring on the job with a paint bucket mishap - I figured everyone would get more susp that I only ever wear one pair of paint splatter shorts so ordered up a fresh pair of black prime pro's and some clearance prime heritage. Now I've got a proper rotation. They've definitely outlasted every pair of Carhart's I've owned. ten outta ten.

These are the perfect shorts for work. They are tough, flexible, and plenty of pockets for everything I need during the day. I’m a landscaper and I can fit my phone, wallet, keys, radio, pocket knife, gloves, pruners and pens. Almost each item has their own spot. Best shorts ever!

Most comfortable and useful work short I’ve found. Good range of pockets, great amount of stretch, last for a good few years with almost daily use. I have learnt the comfortability means they do loosen up a size as you wear them, a pair I have in my normal size loosen up and slide down a little if I’m not wearing a belt. I purchased a size smaller on my last pair, they are a little tight at first but within half an hour of moving about they are perfect. Also, why the drawstring? I just rip it out as soon as they arrive, but curious to why that design choice is there.

Would like the Phone Pocket to be slightly larger as am straining the seams to slide my Galaxy Note 8 and case into the pocket and if i change to a slightly larger phone it will not fit. Otherwise perfect,

Fantastic Shorts. I’ve noticed a few ‘upgrades’ since I first started buying these. First being the more durable material has been used in the pockets instead of the thin lining previously. Massive upgrade. The 4 Fold ruler pocket has been made bigger. Making it so much easier to use. The stitching is holding up a lot better then previously which is great for a tradie bending and moving so much all day. I wear these 24/7 in and out of work. Best shorts I’ve ever owned

Too stretchy in the waist, so they fall down. Bigger than usual sizing. I shouldn't by online.

stretch fabric very comfortable

Love the shorts but I need to wear a belt because the draw string doesn’t seem to hold them up while working.

Purchased for my son as he prefers these over any others in his line of trade.

Good shorts better if they had new strap to tighten instead of the draw string. The black colour are also larger then the beige although same size on tag.

These shorts are a great cut/fit and of excellent quality.

Best work shorts EVER. Perfect stretch in the waistline. Durable fabric holds up to landscape beatings.

Great shorts. Moveability is high, never rubs (love the cotton). Waist strings help keep them up when you forget your belt rushing out the door. Cheaper shorts out there...but I want comfy seeming I spend 60 odd hours a week in them (and mowing the lawn on the weekend)!

Wearing size 34. Great length if you don’t mind showing off your legs. I have trouble finding shorts that fit well because my legs fit 34 but my waist is 33. These shorts have built in lace on the waist to tie up so you don’t have to wear a belt. Durable and stretchy, all in all great shorts. Will definitely be buying more.

I love the phone pocket it in the front so much I’m ordering it again in a different color. I have thicker than average legs so they fit a lil too snug at first but they eventually stretched out nicely after a couple of days.

These shorts are great!!! Definitely size down, I usually wear a 34 in a popular US workwear brand, 32 from Hawke fits great. If I had to complain about anything, it’s that as soon as I received my order and made sure they fit great, I went to order another pair and ALL the shorter length prime pro’s were gone, not even listed as out of stock, jut not even on the website anymore. Bring them back!!!

Great shorts, I bought a size 30 and 32, with the intention to send a pair back after trying them on, I kept both pairs

Love these shorts! The fit is great and the stretchy denim is super comfortable. I work in a woodshop without air conditioning and spend a good amount of time outdoors in the Southern heat, and a durable, breathable pair of shorts are a necessity. Could have done without the drawstring, but hey, I’m sure it comes in handy for some folks.

I’ll post a pic with a more detailed review in June (it’s still snow clearing /long Johns weather in Ontario rn, and also they’ll fit better once I’ve ramped up my usual 20-30km days of grass cutting/weed picking…haha) These shorts are great! I’m excited for shorts weather now. There were a couple other women who left reviews on this site saying they’re the right length- it’s true, I don’t feel like I’m wearing long men’s shorts. There’s enough stretch in them I can pick weeds and move comfortably, and also they feel like a perfect blend of technical athletic gear and durable work gear. I’m stoked to have a pair of work shorts that looks much more professional than the random whatever I could find at the thrift store I’ll come back once it’s shorts weather to report their actual performance.

Great shorts, comfortable and perfect amount of pockets, however if you put anything other than clouds and rainbows in the pockets they’ll get absolutely destroyed. Has happened to every pair I own. Perfect shorts other than that
